How can i be so unlucky in one place
I had a spontaneous moment friday night after work. Knowing i had the monday off i decided that i would like to get away, especially since i would be unlikely to have another Rostered Day Off this year and so i checked that someone would be able to feed the dogs and went away on friday night and only came home yesterday. I headed up the East Coast of Tasmania (where i could take some photos for Bicheno Daily). Saturday the weather was very ordinary but sunday was just amazing. I went for a long walk through some stunning landscape.
And on the downside, i managed to break something else the same way i seem to every time i go away. Last time my external hard drive died terminally and the time before that i slipped on a slippery rock and my digital camera went flying and then unfortunately, it landed. Terminally. See the theme. So this time it was my video camera. It was on a tripod and then the gale force wind blew even stronger, the tripod blew over and landed exactly how it needed to to release the camera which slid across the rocks and went in a deep puddle. It was terminal. Hopefully the bad luck is running in threes and over now
