Shitty kind of day
God what a shitty day at work. I don’t want to get too much into it as i do not want to talk about work on this place because thats how my last blog had problems and had to be … sidelined.
Anyway today was a shitty day. Staffing at work is going to become difficult, my boss will be leaving at the end of next week and i don’t know if the position is going to be filled as if its not filled, then all the work will flow downhill to the three of us at the next level down the ladder. Now that would be ok if i was looking for work but i already have too much work as it is and more in this case is not better. Bad, really bad is probably closer to the fact.
And then just as bad it looks like one of my team is going to quit for an another job elsewhere. I am at a loss how to stop them from leaving as more money and easier work is something that i am unlikely to be able to persuade someone out of. I am not that good a saleman. No one really is.
