Dodged that bullet
I managed to dodge the bullet, the one where I had to work this weekend as through some bizare interaction between the moon, the stars and my desk meant that i had the time to do the half day of work this afternoon.
Now that i think about it, it was a weird kind of day. Everyone’s work just sort of dried up and i had to prompt a few staff to be doing some work or at least looking like they were busy in case the big boss came through.
