Ooops
One of the biggest earners and easiest ways i have found to make money online would have to be Text Link Ads which i especially like because once the script is installed, it takes absolutely no effort to maintain and instead i can just keep on blogging about what ever and the money rolled in.
So the first that i knew that i had stuffed up was when i got an email from them saying that my account had been suspended and when i checked my earnings, it was pretty bad. Like half of what it was before the suspension. Ack!
Now the funny thing about it all is that i fixed the problem, got the account unsuspended and now the earnings are now a little more than they were before. I guess i should get suspended a little more often 
(kidding!)
